I work for a company as the sole Flash designer for online advertisements, I am going to be taking medical leave for a surgery and will be gone at the same time they will be doing a push on flash ad sales. The people who will be assigned to create these new ads while I'm gone have little to no experience at all. I'm creating a list of tips for them that include all the requirements we have for building in Flash to cater to our ad system, but is there any general Flash tips I can tell them that will help a newbie, especially any time saving techniques? The ads they will be making will be simple, mostly just motion tweens, no ActionScript except maybe timeline controls.
TLDR: Need flash tips and tricks to give to newbies.
