So, I'm making something in ActionScript 2.0 and it will have an interactive Movie Clip, when you click it, it plays a frame, which leads to an animation and then, when that animation is over, it takes you back to the frame when you clicked the movie clip (Example: When you press the movie clip, it's on frame 10, and when you click it, it playes frame 12 (gotoAndPlay(12);), and when it reaches frame 24, it takes you back to frame 10), I don't know if I explained it correctly but I hope I did.
I think you just want to add the code gotoAndStop(10) into frame 24
As for the clicking action, didn't AS2.0 have a simple onClick() function? I forgot how that works, i think you just add it on frame 10 in your case as a onClick(gotoAndStop10()). Or if i'm wrong you have to use addEventListener()
