Hey folks, I am /u/SunliMin, and I, along with my partner /u/DLLrul3rz, run a game making service in exchange for cryptocurrency called DogeArcade

Originally we only accepted Dogecoin, but we later expanded into Bitcoin/Litecoin/Topcoin, and now, as of today, will be adding Flappycoin and Nyancoin to our website :)

We have created such games as DOOMGE - The Doge DOOM Clone, DogeMiner - The Incremental Game and a bunch of others - some I can not share right now due to the clients asking me not too distribute it at all... but damn. That Intellivision 4 player Biplanes clone was actually pretty damn fun to make.

Our pricing can be found here. Essentially they are based on the $USD value of the coin by measuring the coin in satoshi and then measuring the $USD value of a Bitcoin. The prices range from $4.00 to $5.00 per hour, but I might be able to shift the price a bit lower if you ask nicely.

What is DogeArcade?: DogeArcade.net is a place where we offer a Game Making Service for cheap. You pay us to create whatever game you want, and we make it for you, in commission of cryptocurrencys.

What language/program are these being written in?: Generally these games and programs are being written in C /Java/HTML5, but at the same time reinventing the wheel is not always the most efficient way to go(saves us time and you doge). Other programs that we may use are Corona SDK(Android Apps, though we have not been asked to do one in it) or RPG maker VX Ace(For any 2d RPG games). We are learning Unity right now so hopefully that will be a option in the future.

Do i get to keep the source code?: We have been asked this before and have finally decided against it. We are working for less then half of minimum wage(and usually less then that). The source code is what we will keep because of our low rates. You can always ask us to change something if you are not happy or want to add something, and upon receiving it we will tweak it to your needs.

Do I get sole ownership and the only copy of the game?: If you would like sole ownership then yes, you can have it. I will, however, ask you to let us distribute it on this website. It gives us another thing to show off as proof of concept for future clients, and it also gives others the opportunity to try it out. However, if ask for sole ownership, we will give it to you. We have currently about 5~ games that we created that are not listed on the website because the client asked for sole ownership.

What platforms can you create games for?: We can make games for Windows PC and HTML5(which is multiplatform in itself, just a in-browser language) We may be able to create programs for Android, Mac and Linux. The limitation behind Android is that only one of us knows how to write for it, and he is very rusty at it(me). The limitations for Mac and Linux are our own experience - neither of us have created for Mac or Linux, but I am certain that we can do it if requested.
