Beginner question here, because it kinda confuses me.

Let's say i am building a list, does not really matter much which, i think the answer would be applicable to All armys.

Let's say i take a rifle Battalion.

How many Leaders do i get, and how are they spread?

For ex. Battlescribe tells me, a soviet rifle batalion comes with 2 ppsh smg Formation HQs and 2 units of 9 rifle teams w komisar. (Simplified)

Does each unit of 9 rifle teams get an leader of their own ? And if so, are the Leaders "just" 4 man bases, like the regular soldiers? Or do i need an 3 man small base per group of 9?

What about units i add into an Formation? Like anti tank guns, or tank units ? Do those get an leader ?

Sorry if the question is very baseline, i just did Not really get any smarter from reading the rulebook or the instructions in this regard.
