Remember when Fizz’s w applied grievous wounds and dealt % missing hp per tick?

I think if there is ever a time for riot to add those effects back onto his w, now would be a decent time. There has been a noticeable increase in healing and survivability from the introduction of mythic items this season and I think that bringing back the old w bleed would be decent way to help Fizz in this season. I could just be struggling against sustain this season but it does not feel good when someone can just take trades against me and heal up on the upcoming minion wave
