Hey I'm a pre-rework Akali main that through quite a bit of deliberation and advice of a friend have decided to pickup Fizz. Ive played quite a few Fizz games over the last few days to get familiar with his kit but I'm still struggling with some things. I'm hoping that getting these questions answered will help me have a more consistent game.

1. Runes. So currently I run Electrocute with Precision as my secondary tree. This seems the most optimal but I'm curious how Dark Harvest works with his kit and if there are any other runes worth taking and when I should be looking to do so.

2. Items. I currently am rushing Lich as my first item. Sometimes this works phenomenally and I get fed and become a trolly-unkillable god. Other games I straight int. What should I be rushing and when? Also, how well does Gunblade do on Fizz and is it worth buying?

3. Level 3. As I understand I should be looking to try and trade level 3 to setup for an easy level 6 kill or a bit of a farm lead. What matchups is it advisable to do so and who should I try to avoid trading with at all costs?

4. Bullies. I've run into a lot of champions that have the range and the means to just straight bully and zone me off CS. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? It feels pretty bad losing 20 or so farm because an Ahri or Akali has my CS at gunpoint...

5. What do I do if my opponent flashes to tower after taking a big ole shark to the face? Do I tower dive or just wait for R to try again? Also, what if my opponent pops Barrier? Should I back off?

6. What if I miss shark?
