After taking damage from an enemy champion, the next 3 spells or attacks you recieve from enemy deal 20-50 less damage.

Duration: 5s

Cooldown: 45s

Not a keystone. Anyone can take this rune, it's anti-assassin. 60 less damage every other trade or so at LEVEL 1. If someone has purchased Haunting Guise at level 6, that's ~75 damage reduced at level 6 (or ~65 otherwise). This on top of stopwatch and a weaker kit make me a sad Fizz main. Doesn't scale with health anymore.

EDIT: Didn't see updated numbers, fixed.

SECOND EDIT: Keep in mind the community lost its shit when Fizz lost 25 (rank 1) to 125 (rank 5) damage on his W, this is a 60 (level 1) to 150 (level 18) reduction in damage. Massively larger than the big "this broke Fizz" nerf.
