Forgot to Score the Baseboards!!!

So I forgot to run a knife along the top of the baseboards before removing them. Now the bottom of my walls look like 💩. In some spots it tore up the paint and some of the drywall.
Suggestions on how to fix? I am repainting the place anyways.
