Bosch HBN131250B Built-in Single Oven & grill element both blown?

I have a BOSCH electric oven & grill model number HBN131250B. The electricity tripped in my house & after the oven would not get hot. I checked the oven element & there was no continuity therefore I have ordered a replacement part. In the meantime I have been using the electric grill & I noticed that you could not adjust the temperature any more it was just on full for the grill. Today when I was using the grill the electricity tripped again & now the grill element is broken.

Would this indicate that the thermostat needs replacing?
