Kitchen hood switch problem

Hello! Out kitchen hood switches are just not working properly. Basically the actually switch casing which we press is just very loose and when we press it does not work. We opened the switch board up but can’t see any solution, no replacement from the company as well. It’s only the first two switched that are doing this.
