Help- anyone has video what can I do to fix this

Water is answering through the window, even though I replaced it to a brand new window, my brick does not look like it needs new pointing and the roof was recently done and replace. Does anyone know how to fix this? What can I do? I try using flex- seal on the outside but maybe I need more layers.
