Concrete/Electrical Job Help

I'm looking to run an electrical wire from the main box approximately 12 feet underground with a 4 inch channel to a post that will have an electrical box that is locked to plug in various items done with appropriate galvanized or pvc pipe and than the entire channel cemented back.
Could someone help me run through what will need to be done to get this done?
