Which to play first? 5 collection or SB

I bought the 5 game collection, and security breach is available for pickup at the library. So one I have forever to play, one I have limited time.
I'm new other than seeing some youtube videos of the games being played but no idea how they truly work or what game is what, what to do other than survive nights.
I think I saw something that said SB is less scary and less quality. So I'm thinking that it would be good to start, then the others as they get better?
Does that make sense?
