How do I start climbing/working out at a gym again, with a newborn?

New mom here 🙋🏻♀️
Want to start getting back to the climbing gym and the gym in general. Would anyone share your tips/systems for getting back into an exercise routine when you have a newborn? Do you bring a pack and play with you? Do you leave baby in their car seat while you climb/work out (though I know there are limits for how long you should do this)? Do you and your partner take turns holding the baby while the other climbs? Sort of clueless for how to start and also not yet confident bringing baby out. Any suggestions/tips welcome. Thanks!
