37weeks FTM and WOW have I hit a wall. Up until this point I have been working out 5-6 days per week, a mix of running, swimming, cardio and weights. It hasn't been easy (still having nightmares about first trimester fatigue) but up until this point i have managed to make it through a solid 45 min workout. Now all of the sudden I feel like I can hardly do the warmup. Do I basically put my normal fitness routine on hold and switch to walking/light swimming a few days a week or do I continue to struggle through what is my normal? I feel sad at the thought of giving up my normal exercise routine 3 weeks before due date in addition to the 4-6 weeks PP!
