Just found out and needing help with a good diet for my pregnancy

Hey! So I just found out today that I am pregnant, learning on Friday how far along I am with an ultrasound, but I'm a decently fit person. I swim 4-5 times a week any were between a mile to 2 miles in each session. I don't have the healthiest diet though, is there any tips on how to eat right for my baby? Thank y'all so much!
