Post Body

I was pretty upset when I needed a c-section because I felt all my hip openers, pelvic floor work, lifting, and deep core exercises while pregnant would be for nothing. But it has made recovery so easy! If you can keep up an exercise routine while you’re pregnant, do it!

Amazing. Fabulous. Wonderful. You should be so proud!

Despite healthy habits and movement, the idea of pregnancy weight gain and recovery has honestly been giving me a bit of anxiety, but your journey has me SO excited and hopeful.

Do you mind sharing (if comfortable) a bit of your β€œwhat I eat in a day” routines during pregnancy and postpartum? I’m tracking calories and macros just to keep a baseline established, and am curious about what has worked for others, controlling for height, individual caloric needs, etc.
