Losing muscle

Do pregnancy hormones break down muscle? Anyone else feeling like they have maintained the same weightlifting regime but are still losing muscle rapidly? I’m 14 weeks along and have been able to maintain the same lifting schedule and almost the same weights, but I feel like I’m losing muscle more and more each week. I’m not looking to pack on muscle or lean out while pregnant, but I thought I’d at least be able to maintain.
