Hi everyone
I need some advice on my meal plan. I feel like its well balanced but it has too much protein powder. With the living crisis it looks like the cheapest and healthiest option considering I am a picky eater.
I am 177cm/5'10 tall weighting in at 81kg with the goal to increase it through muscle gain.
I added full plan below. I am exercising using this program. http://www.startbodyweight.com/p/start-bodyweight-basic-routine.html?m=1
