Chicken breast + broccoli and ?

I am trying to add muscle at 39 😀 grilled chicken breast and broccoli alone are not filling for dinner ( right after workout) Any recommendations? I am looking for something easy and kind of tasty to pair.
Edit1: baked sweet potatoes are one option
Edit 2: how do you make rice tasty? Rice / quinoa are very bland.
