Ways someone who is blind could prepare cheap healthy meals?
Post Body

I'm not sure if this is the proper sub for this, but I want to start taking my health more seirously. I've already started back on using my treadmill every day trying to hit 5 miles in a little over an hour, but I still need to tackle the foods that I eat.

I tend to eat heavily processed foods, (El Montere Frozen Bean ^ Cheese Burritos, Ramen, Fast Food, etc.) and I think that these are contributing to possible health problems I have been having.

I want to take the step to make the change towards better healthier options, so I was curious, if you were in my shoes, and cooking was a risky option due to blindness, what would you make/buy?
