Been using Freeletics for many years now, and now considering switching to Fitbot, as I hear it is superior and has a larger focus on building muscle.
I only have one drawback though, which is its lack of warm-ups and cool-downs. I've been using the trial, and it seems that it is really lacking in the variety of warm-ups and cooldowns before and after a workout. Much of the time I would only get like 1 or two types of cooldowns, not even targeting the muscles I worked on that session.
Is this an android problem, am I missing a setting, or is this just something that generally lacks in the app? If you take a look at Freeletics warm-ups and cooldowns, they are very well planned out for the workouts you do each time.
Also, another question that is completely unrelated... Does the muscle tone setting also focus on gaining mass? Because I would like to gain muscle mass as my focus, but still keep my endurance up high.
Last question... What are the differences between the IOS app and the android app if anyone knows?
