I am nearing my 4th replacement fitbit charge hr in the past 6 months. Ranging from the fitband developing air bubbles to the tracker automatically turning on and off, and it has become very frustrating, Last night, I spoke with a customer rep over the phone who told me that if this happens again then my cause will need to be escalated. I take care of my fitbit, shower with it on occasionally, but do not do anything out of the ordinary. Has anyone else had similar issues where their cases were 'escalated" I feel like my fitbit is becoming more of a hassle than a device. Thankfully, the customer service team has always been helpful but I would love to hear other people's opinions or stories on similar situations
