After 10 years and nearly 31,000,000 recorded steps, I need to say goodbye to FitBit. After being purchased by Google, things have gone downhill; I think things will continue to do so. I do not desire to have Google control this portion of my life.
In its heyday, FitBit was awesome with great products and decent customer service. However, the products no longer meets my needs and my brand loyalty has died. I will move my watch over my other brand loyal product that better meets my needs.
Thank you for the fun times FitBit - I wish you well.
