I took codeine

And my hrv has jumped higher, which is of course a good thing. Funny how a drug does this. I’d like to increase my hrv naturally, I think it’s lower as I take pregabalin.

I'm thinking because codeine is a mild narcotic it probably reduces anxiety and calms the cns.
