Versa 4 issue

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Got my Versa 4 on Christmas and had no issues pairing it with my Galaxy 10 and no issues using it (minus occasionally the voice to text hanging or not working). Today I came home from work and put my Versa down on the table. A few minutes later I picked it up and it was back on the Language Selection screen that you get upon the initial setup. I tried to repair with my Galaxy and the Versa kept being stuck on the Connected ✔️ screen. The Versa would pair and it and my profile showed up on the Fitbit app but the Versa would not respond and stayed stuck on this screen. The app kept saying I needed to update the Versa but everytime I attempt this it either 1. stays on the Connected ✔️ screen and does nothing (eventually the app says failed) or the Versa will say Cannot Connect Turn on Bluetooth etc even though its on and connected. I've done several factory resets on the Versa, unpaired all Bluetooth devices, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app...nothing works. no explanation as to why the Versa is now doing this...very frustrating
