Hey everyone,
I’ve been hitting a plateau in my fitness journey lately and could use some advice. I’m following a consistent workout routine and maintaining a balanced diet, but I’m not seeing the progress I used to. I’ve tried changing up my workouts and adjusting my nutrition, but nothing seems to be working.
Has anyone else experienced this and found effective ways to overcome it? What strategies or changes did you make to push through a plateau?
