Am I doing working out to failure correctly? 29/290/ 5'9
Post Body

So yesterday, I got rhe idea to finally start working out to hypertrophy and help build muscle in the recomp phase that I'm in. I use the fitbod app which automatically creates workouts with rep and weight numbers depending on your input. I did my workout per usual until the last set where I would do as many reps of each exercise as possible. I also do progressive overload and increase weight when the normal rep exercise become too easy.

My questions are Is this the correct way to exercise to failure and help with muscular hypertrophy? And is this safe to do every work out?
