Maybe its time to teach burt how to be like tony soprano.

Burt needs to become more aggressive within the game context. I was thinking since he loves acting and playing bad guy roles. If we convince him that its not really him being a bad person but playing a role. He might actually change. I worry that burt will be not able to switch to the right mode to go the distance. This is coming from a burt bro.
