Cloudy tank

So I did a 25 gallon water change on my 75 gallon tank yesterday. Cleaned my sponge filter and added a new cotton looking one to it. I checked all my parameters and they are sitting good but for some reason my tank is cloudy as hell. I went and got some clarifier to see if that helps but it hasn't really done anything. Any idea as to what is going on and what I can do to clear it up
