Question about offline tourney in BPS edition.

So I picked the BPS edition of the game a few days ago and started trying to work my way through the offline tourney mode. Does anyone know where the hell the bass are in lake Boulder? All I've been able to find is walleye and pike. I really want to be able upgrade my tackle but the tp earning system is incredibly slow. I can find bass reliably on just about every other lake but Boulder has me completely stumped.
