Infected or healing blister?

Had a foot blister from playing basketball lately. Didn’t pay much attention to it and just let it heal on its own but noticed that whiteish / yellow patch on the blister. Is it healing correctly or infected? Hurts to walk around, has me limping a bit ðŸ˜
