Taking Firewalla Gold on the Road with WiFi

I'm taking a Firewalla Gold on the road and using it to connect to another Firewalla in a P2P VPN network configuration. I purchased a second Firewalla Gold with a WiFi antenna. Some of the remote locations are hotels without an ethernet port or in a captive network. I'll also be connecting via WiFi HotSpot.

Anyone here have any experience / tips for connecting the Firewalla Gold to, for example, a Hotel WiFi network (captive network)? Using WiFi, connect a device (Like an Apple TV) to the Firewalla that's connected to the Hotel Wifi or a 5G Hot Spot?
