my firestick 4k is not letting me clear cache data etc when i press manage applications and click on an amazon pre installed app like "appstore" or "amazon photos"

basically the title as i found this this morning on both of my firestick 4k's and need to know if other people have this too or is it just my two sticks have turned bad.
