I want to buy a TV Stick to my parents so they can stream my Plex Media Server contents. My parents need something that does not plug into a energy outlet, so a stick is my only real option, since they only need an HDMI and USB on the TV, if I'm not mistaken.
Also, they don't have a 4K TV and don't care at all about image or sound quality, so anything that just reproduces a full HD video with basic audio it's fine.
That said, I was about to buy the Xiaomi MI TV Stick, but I just read many bad reviews about using the plex client on that device. Alternatively, I'm looking at the Fire TV Stick Lite or "Basic" versions (not the 4K).
Is the performance good in any of twho two?
