Fire Pro World PS4 downloading the same Move Craft parts every time?

Has anyone noticed that the Move Craft parts download as though they're new additions every time you boot up the game? I understand that sometimes parts are updated, but this is ridiculous. I even double checked a few moves and they only had one version.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help.
