Is there an extension that forces focus on an inactive tab, and/or pretend that the inactive tab is in focus? For example, some websites require your focus to finish ads (uBlock Origin doesn't block all), or Discord requires focus if you want to use push-to-talk.

So to clarify Discord part, if I were to press a key while in another tab, say M, it would type M in currently active tab and also input M into the Discord tab. It would essentially double input. Is this possible?
