[Dev Tools] CSS Debugger like Vivaldi?

Is there any way to get something similar to the CSS Debugger feature from Vivaldi in Firefox?
Here are two images:
- My screenshot via Imgur.
- Some random person on Twitter: tweet and direct image.
It doesn't seem like there's anything similar on MDN.
The reason I'm asking is that I'm attempting to inspect a couple elements and would very much like to see their boundaries without having to click/hover back and forth between them (or setting borders manually).
