Firefox Won't Load Videos if Too Many are Open

Post Body

I am running Firefox 113 on a Windows 10 PC. Recently, if I open 3 or more tabs that contain videos, I can no longer play any videos in those tabs. It just spins like it's loading, but never starts playing.

As soon as I close Firefox and reopen, I can start playing videos again.

If I disable "hardware acceleration" in Firefox, it fixes the issue. However it makes the performance run incredibly slow.

I have a faster Intel i7 PC with 16GB of RAM. However it uses the integrated Intel 620 video chip, with the latest drivers. It's a miniPC so I can't install a video card.

This recently started and I'm not sure how to fix. Any suggestions?
