SK sending wrong signals

So I just worked on an SK-IFP50 It has regular analog phone lines but when it send signals it sends like 5 of the same signal and it’s sent some signals as the wrong signal. We had a water flow signal come in but only a low battery in the panel history. Anyone got any ideas of what it could be? We did just recently switch central stations but I don’t understand why that would make the panel send the same signal repeatedly.
