Does dyeing fine hair ruin it? I'm in my late twenties and I'm starting to have grey hair, I don't feel like leaving it natural yet

I have never dyed my hair so I don't know if it can damage it.

personally, idk about for other people, but dying my hair (even darker colors that don’t require bleach) rlly mess up my hair and its texture. my hair was never soft or manageable until i buzzed it all off and started over fresh
my hair is also growing at like twice the speed now that i don’t dye it

i think grey hair is chic!! to grow ur hair faster i recommend stimulating ur scalp, in the shower i use a silicon scalp scrubber when i have my hair mask in. also when my hair is completely 100% dry, i brush with a boar bristle brush from root to end (after detangling)
i just try to use a lot of moisturizing products, the chi ‘silk infusion’ helps keep my hair rlly hydrated. idk if it helps it grow faster but it definitely helps with retention
