Before last week I hadn’t applied heat to my hair in well over a year. Another user posted on here about the John Freida thickening shampoo/conditioner. They also have a post-shower spray that says for best results blow dry. I tried it once and fell in LOVE. My hair not only feels thicker in the shower but it looks so much thicker and I got two compliments during a work meeting today. Even in between wash days you can’t see my scalp as much.
My hair was a bit frizzy, however. I’m thinking to add my frizz cream, the thickening spray, then a heat protectant on days where I use the blow dryer.
I don’t see myself using the blow dryer every single wash, but definitely more than I used to so I want to make sure I’m protecting myself. What do you guys like to use?
EDIT: Hair is extremely thin and fine.
