My favorite type of fine dining restaurants are the ‘weird’ ones, that’s what I’m in for. Over the top to the max, amazing presentation, everything extra as hell.
For example, some current favorites: DiverXO, Pineapple and Pearls, Alinea, with dreams of Fat Duck, Alchemist etc
Spending time in each of the above this fall, so hopefully something where I can book now for anything in late September. For Thailand we will likely only be staying in the northern part, but may potentially do other parts. Korea will likely be just Seoul and that area.
Also notes I forgot to add- not a fan of French food, and extra extra points (not necessary, but extra points) if the food is focused on each country it’s from (Korean food in Korea, etc)
