Price: $105 for the tasting menu, I believe like $60ish for a waygu supplement, $65 for N/A pairing, I believe $18 or so for a cocktail
Overall delicious! Impressed with the waygu, the bread course, halibut, and the broccoli. The duck could be improved, and I’d like better plating on a couple things.
Cocktails were delicious, disappointment was the N/A pairing. This may just be a preference, but I prefer N/A pairings that are creative juices, kombuchas, etc and that’s what I’m looking for, not just cocktails and wines that don’t have alcohol. I’m not missing the taste of alcohol when I do N/A pairings, im looking for something unique. I knew that when I got the ‘sin pairing’ it was latter, but was hoping it’d be more creative than it was. Drinks were half the same color and flavor, and basically just normal cocktails that were made with alcohol free spirits. Meh.
Overall, it was tasty and cheap and I’d go back!
