Having an assistant as a dom.

Post Body
Hello, this is mostly a discussion for doms/dommes but I wouldn't mind hearing a sub's perspective aswell.
Have you ever felt the need of having a sub as your personal assistant? Because I really felt like I needed one lately with more traffic coming in, advertising, trying out new socials, sometimes it feels like a lot of work that I could use some help with. Has anyone done this before? As for the subs, would you find it interesting to be someone's assistant? If yes, what would motivate you to do that?
