Looking for an actual copy of the dress by Heatherette for an MTV Sweet 16 show!

Alright I’ve got a link to the video for more info, but it’s only available in Australia. If anyone has a VPN or is actually there that would be amazing. It should be about halfway through. It’s like a rainbow tulle vomit and I want it because making it sounds… horrible.
Here is a picture of the dress itself but all I find are more pins and random articles that are not actual content.
