A subreddit For Advice about repairing old blankets
Post Body

As the title suggets, I have an old security blanket I want to sew up, or at least figure out what kind of tailor/sewing store I can go to. I'm very anxious about this (This blanket is my oldest friend and have had for 24 years) but it's becoming more and more threadbare and worn. I might just want them to sew it onto a newer, more durable blanket, or something else. I was hoping to find some advice for what to say to a tailor and how to deal with the stress and anxiety around it.

Just looking to explore my options, /r/SecurityBlankets is mostly inactive, maybe there's a better one? Thanks in advance.
