Hi, if this comes off weird or against rules you can delete. I (M) 25 I've always been more of a feminine guy in ways growing up. Not super hyper feminine but very adhd neurodivergent.
I didn't grow up with a father and lost my mom's at a young age. Due to that in my 20s. I really don't know how to connect with others? I'm a smaller guy born a premie im 5,6 a lot of women tower over me. It kinda ruines my self-esteem.
I get a lot of anxiety around women i crush on or wanna talk with, especially at work. Is there any advice on how to build confidence in talking or approaching women?
I just feel women are more attracted to masculinity and guys that are taller than them. So its hard to approach women without just assuming they're wouldn't be interested at all.
