Hi,

I'm a discord server owner. I'm looking for a subreddit I can post questions about moderation, particularly voicechat. For instance, what do I do when someone monopolizes voicechat by droning on but doesn't break the rules? What do I do when a regular member hops in really tipsy and how do we define the line that says they need to be muted or banned?

My track history with moderation isn't great. The Discord "moderator academy" says to have meetings and discuss situations and how you'd handle them but doesn't say how to handle them.

Is there a subreddit for this?
