Post Body

I've been at my current position since 2018, there is zero room for growth. I'm the only employee and work directly with the president of the company. It's easy and cushy, earning about $67k/yr just working as an assistant/customer service person. Mostly phone calls and packing orders. There's no room for growth and my salary really can't go up any more.

My journalism degree feels useless. Between rent, bills, car payment, and savings, I really don't think I can afford to leave this job for anything that pays less. I have no idea what to do or where to turn to. I'm great at customer service, have some sales experience, but don't think I have any skills that larger companies want.
